This past weekend was Homecoming, my last one. One of my many 'last' high school experiences, so crazy. After attending three of these dances in the past years, this one was nothing special. My friends and I actually left early to get some sushi  (and get out of those ridiculous heels!) Nonetheless, it was still an enjoyable night!

Also, don't know what to wear to your homecoming game (or any sport game to be exact), check out the video below for some ideas! :)

Quick outfit post; attempting to keep this short to avoid any typos from my lack of sleep. Now that we're through the first month of school, classes are legit. (Not that they weren't before, but now the work load is really starting to pile up). -- Finally becoming a regular at Starbucks.

On another note, I find myself feeling compelled to wear florals in the fall; even more so than the in the spring or summer. Something about dark-colored floral prints mixed with sweaters and tights just sounds particularly pleasing to me. This skirt, with elements of green & burgundy (my two favorite colors to wear for fall) is the perfect example of what I'm talking about. Okay, I'm making  several typos now, time to wrap this up. Hope you're all staying well rested (unlike me)!
xx, Zoe.

Happy October!
Here on the East Coast, it's starting to cool down which means the trees are starting to turn an assortment of colors all around; it's truly beautiful! Fall has got to be my favorite season; it's 'sweater weather', there's apple picking, pumpkins, and of course gorgeous foliage (not to mention Halloween & Thanksgiving)!

Burgundy is always a huge color for the fall & it looks great against a variety of skin tones. This dress I'm wearing from Brandy Melville is great because it's a summer piece but because it has burgundy within in, it's also a great dress for the fall when paired with a cardigan. The key to maximizing your wardrobe for the transitioning seasons is to just play with colors, patterns, & textures!
